PARIS (AP) An accused gunman who police say opened fire in a Paris spa killing two people and wounding five others has been arrested and charged with the killings.
Authorities say 23-year-old Frenchman Amedy Coulibaly was arrested Thursday in a raid in northern France after a search of his apartment and vehicle.
They say he told investigators he wanted to kill the people who killed his mother, mother-in-law and father.
He also told them he planned to use the shooting to attack the French Embassy in Jerusalem.
Authorities don’t have an immediate name for the suspected gunman.
He was charged with three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count each of assault and firearms.
